- Choose from multiple locations on the property for your outdoor ceremony & tented reception. A tent and event furniture are required but not included.
- Have access to the grounds for 6 hours on Friday, 14 hours on Saturday & 4 hours on Sunday
- Get dressed and take photos in the house with your close family and wedding party for up to 4 hours on Saturday
- An onsite venue manager & parking attendant are included, but a wedding planner/coordinator is also required.
- Available late April to early November
- Host up to 250 guests
- Includes access on Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Allows two 2-hour property visits for planning

How do I schedule a tour?
Hire any professional vendors you’d like, except (if needed) your tent & portable restrooms must be rented from our list of approved vendors.
What vendors can I hire for my event?
A planner or coordinator is required for weddings with more than 50 guests who have chosen the Traditional Wedding Package.
Will I need to hire a wedding planner or coordinator?
After your initial payment, your remaining balance is split into three 25% payments spaced out over your planning period with the final payment due 60 days prior to your event.
When will payments be due?
Yes, event insurance is required for all events. This is not purchased through or included in any Heartland packages.
Does Heartland require event insurance?
A signed contract and 25% deposit must be received to secure your wedding date. The contract is all online so you can sign remotely. Payments can be made via cash, check or credit card.
